The last news we had on ‘Star Wars Kinect‘ was not very flattering, why deny it. A game that started promising the ultimate experience in the world of Star Wars and ultimately ended up having mini dance games.
But that’s not what worried the fans. At the end of the day dancing mini games in the bar may have grace. What was bad was the excessive lag that Kinect has and the strangeness of the feeling of wielding a lightsaber without really grasping anything. We will have to break that barrier, but in the meantime and the months rushing for a release date Microsoft launched a new promotional trailer in which there is no graphics of the game. Instead we have a gag featuring a character of the comedy show Parks and Recreation and Darth Vader. That said, with a pair … of lightsabers.
I guess after several delays and not having a release date defined since the game is expected throughout 2012, will have to settle for shattered scene of one of the most iconic scenes from the galactic saga. To me that did not touch the mystical death of the old obiwan, dammit.
