Also known as: The Walking Dead: The Game is episodic video game developed by Telltale Games, based on the comic and the apocalyptic TV series about the undead, The Walking Dead on AMC. The comic book The Walking Dead has plenty of fans and its popularity has grown like wildfire thanks to the awesome AMC television series. Now it’s the turn of the necessary leap to video games, where Robert Kirkman graphic novel takes a surprising and unexpected journey.

The adventure, however, will not start the same way, but rather with Everett Lee himself sitting in the backseat of a police car. From there begins a dangerous game of decisions and relationship to objects in which we start the game with, one where every decision has its consequence, and where even seemingly innocuous actions such as how to escape the patrol car at the beginning of the game will have real consequences. Often, still sticking to the script, we will meet three-dimensional characters that really want to harm us … but you know how the world of The Walking Dead: sometimes it will be necessary to override someone to survive.

So yes, we will face some zombies and survivors who are so heartless or more walkers themselves, but apart from all this action, which inevitably in a game like this will be resolved primarily with QuickTime Events, along the five chapters that make up the “season” the game will see many different decisions and different storylines of survivors depending on our choices.

How will this appear on a screen? The definition of “interactive movie” is something that would fit well with the title in hand, a sort of adventure game with some classic elements and other extremely innovative styles. Everything is very driven in the game with indirect control over the character, and sometimes you may move a cursor around the screen that will allow us to interact with the objects around us.
