Brian Burleson, developer Gearbox has confirmed that Aliens: Colonial Marines will feature upgraded graphics on Nintendo Wii U, compared with the original for PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360. Despite not being a much more powerful console, Burleson points out that this is possible because the technology is more modern.
By now we know that the Wii U Remote can be used as the tracer movement of Aliens, but Gearbox promises many new features like “incredible features that are not hard to imagine.”
Sega plans to release this action game on February 12, 2013, not only for the three aforementioned consoles, but for PC as well.
