LucasArts confirms the development of Star Wars 1313

An action game in third person from the prolific Star Wars saga, featuring a bounty hunter. The video game was developed by LucasArts, Industrial Light & Magic, Lucasfilm Animation and Skywalker Sound, and takes us to the underworld of Coruscant, where we have to uncover a dark criminal conspiracy while we hunt down the objectives of our list for rewards.

As rumored a few weeks ago, LucasArts has confirmed the development of Star Wars: 1313, a new game with a third-person view based on the action film set in the universe of George Lucas that puts us in the shoes of a powerful bounty hunter.

This ambitious game, in which includes work from Industrial Light & Magic, Lucasfilm Animation and Skywalker Sound, take us to the underworld of Coruscant, where we have to uncover a dark criminal conspiracy while we hunt down the objectives of our list for rewards.

The LucasArts team promises to provide more information during E3 in Los Angeles, where Star Wars: 1313 will be first displayed but for now ensure that it is a safe bet that it will be a fast paced action game highlighting the powerful arsenal of bounty hunters.

“Star Wars: 1313 transports us to a part of the mythology of Star Wars that we always knew that there, but we never had a chance to visit,” said the president of LucasArts, Paul Meegan. “We are committed to bringing the best gaming experience possible and I think the work on the E3 show will speak for itself.”

For now, they have not materialized the platforms this promising Star Wars: 1313 game will be released on.
