Crytek is interested in taking Warface to consoles

They talked about it with Sony and Microsoft.

Crytek has said that they talked with Sony and Microsoft regarding Warface for consoles.

“We talked with the console makers, Sony and Microsoft in particular regarding free games,” said Cevat Yerli of Crytek. “A couple of years they were not interested in these games and have not developed a structure for them, which is fine because they have been busy. But there was no place for Warface on console.”

“Now that interest in Warface is very high, could be an option. We have not made ??a final decision, but for me, if the current generation of consoles or any other accepted the free games platform we could run Warface in them, I will happy to take it. ”

He has also said that the launch date of the PC gaming performance depends on the beta, but says it will arrive in winter.

The game will be published by Crytek and through Trion Gface Worls the social network of Crytek games, and the Trion platform. The title uses CryEngine 3 technology developed by Crytek’s own, and we find it in titles like Crysis 3. The game offers a hint  of military cooperative missions and PvP battles.
