Wii U practically sold out in presale

Lately we’ve had a flood of information about Wii U and there have been all kinds of speculations and prophecies as to whether the new Nintendo bet will succeed and for now, it seems that yes, yes it will.

I agree it is too early to give such a prediction but for now the console begins its commercial life on the right foot, as units that have been available in presale are practically sold out wherever they are sold in the U.S.: GameStop, Sears, Walmart, Toys R Us, Best Buy and some other stores, which reported that high end units have exhausted their stocks and the basic packages are on the same path.

It has been discussed about the little hope that analysts and experts gave this “Wii” predecessor and it has shut the mouth of those saying it will beat Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 in terms of sales, but many have doubted that the phenomenon again could repeated. But Nintendo could well surprise us again and place a GamePad in the homes of casual and hardcore gamers alike, if they continue to accumulate decent titles while offering easy and entertaining games.

Well, the Wii U is causing quite expectation-even in this difficult economic climate, and now we will see if sales can be maintained upward beyond December, by faithful fans and impulse buyers an in part by those who love gadgets.
