LittleBigPlanet 2 to be released on November 16 Collector’s Edition includes Sackboy plushie and more

The sequel to Media Molecule’s LittleBigPlanet finally has a release date. On November 16, two editions of LittleBigPlanet 2 will hit the shelves: the standard standalone game and an $80 Collector’s Edition.

Gamers who pre-order the standard version at select retailers will receive various special costumes for their Sackboys and Sackgirls, while those who choose the Collector’s Edition will nab a copy of the game, a 7-inch Sackboy plushie, LittleBigPlanet 2 bookends, every costume available at select retailers (listed below), and exclusive Jak and Daxter costumes. Sony says the Collector’s Edition is actually limited, “so you better pre-order soon to ensure you get one.”
