Sims 3 v.1.4.6 Fasdox, and you’ll need v1.3.24 patch already installed to install this update. If you have the clean Razor1911 game installed that is v1.0.631 then you need to install the other patches first or only this one: Sims3_1.4.6.00002_from_1.0.631.00002.exe

How to update The Sims 3 v 1.4.6 fasdox
1. Copy files from the ‘old-original’ folder to your install directory at ‘\The Sims 3\Game\Bin\’ and overwrite.
2. Start ‘Sims3_1.4.6.00002_from_1.3.24.00002.exe’ from `update` folder and install.
3. Copy files from ‘crack’ folder to your install directory at ‘\The Sims 3\Game\Bin\’ and overwrite.
