PS3 3.60 updates security

The creator of the PS3 jailbreak PSFreedom have given an initial assessment of Sony’s anti-hack firmware update (3.60 which has been released recently, claiming that the platform holder appears to have plugged all major leaks.
Speaking via Twitter, Youness Alaoui (KaKaRoToKS) does claim, however, that the PS3 could possibly be hacked again, but the culprit would have to start from scratch.
“Their previous errors were epic fails, it doesn’t mean they can’t do an epic save either.. they seem to have fixed all the issues they had,” he wrote.
“For now, it looks to me (at first glance) that the ps3 has been resecured, but it doesn’t mean it can’t be broken again from scratch.
“Oh, before I get flooded: NOT BY ME! I don’t really care about breaking the PS3, I’m fine with what we have so far. I will NOT work on it!!”
3.60 also brings other things to the table like PS + members cloud storage.
