Wii 2 could be present at next E3

Next generation of consoles are getting closer. While Sony and Microsoft do not seem willing to risk launching a new home console,  now that they are finally profiting from their PS3 and Xbox 360, Nintendo might be about to step up.

Rumors are emerging on several fronts that its next console games will be presented at E3 2011, which will take place in Los Angeles during the month of June. Some media say that the console is ready for High Definition and will be “significantly”more powerful than the existing consoles. Apparently, this console would be needed to regain the traditional market thanks to its high power and a new gaming controls. This new controller would have a built-in touch HD screen, spreader, triggers and motion detection technology.

The SDK should already be in the hands of the three major distributors (EA and Ubisoft Activion) to begin work on defining the initial catalog of the console, you might see the light at the end of 2012.

For its part, Nintendo neither denies nor confirms the rumors, but urges us to be very attentive to their next moves.
