Lord of the Rings Online is a great and widely popular MMORPG which has a story that can easily be followed earlier on, but later on it becomes more complex. The fighting system and gameplay has good tutorials which makes it easy to learn and use. The overall terms of the game are easily learnt and the item/outfit system is great with lots of customization options. You can choose from 9 classes which all are unique and they all have strengths and weaknesses. The maximum level to get to at the moment is 90 I believe, and although it says it is free to play you need to pay for extra parts of Middle Earth to get access to quests in to further your skill. You can get to about 40 without paying but after that you need to buy extra quests.
Overall, it is a fun, easy to follow MMORPG which has a lot a customization to be going on, and I would recommend it to anyone in search of a good MMORPG. The only con is that you need to pay to increase your level and fun.
