While money in most Pokemon games isn’t overly useful, that’s not necessarily the case in Pokemon Legends: Arceus. There are some upgrades that you are going to want to utilize that are going to require quite a bit of Pokemon Dollars to obtain. If you’re wanting to gather up some cash quickly, we’ll show you some methods in this guide.

To get money fast in Pokemon Legends Arceus, you will want to farm as many Alpha Pokemon as possible to get high value items. You can then sell those items to a vendor, and collect quite a bit of money if you farm the Pokemon repeatedly.
Alphas are the large versions of Pokemon you will see throughout the game. They are quite a bit bigger than normal and have bright red glowing eyes. These Pokemon are tougher and higher level than the ones around it, so be prepared for a bit of a battle if you’re earlier in the game.

Alpha Pokemon will spawn consistently in the same areas. That means you can defeat them, travel back to camp, teleport to Jubilife Village, and then return to the same area and fight them again! When defeated they will drop items, such as EXP Candy, Grit items, and Seed of Mastery. While you might want to keep some of your candies, if you’re desperate for cash and don’t need to level up your team, you should just sell them.
One good area to farm is in the Crimson Mirelands where you will find an Alpha Roserade spawn. Just travel north to the Brava Arena fast travel location if you have it, and run south towards Cloudpool Ridge. You should find the Roserade there among the trees.
If you head south in the Crimson Mirelands and to the north of Holm of Trials, you will find an Alpha Torterra that you can fight who will also drop some of the sweet loot.
Alphas can be found all over the map, so try and find yourself a few that are easy for your team to beat and farm them until you’ve got all the money you need!
One of the main reasons to gather up cash in the game is because of your Satchel. There’s quite a few items you’ll be picking up, but storage is limited. However, you can increase it by upgrading your bag in the game. This can get quite expensive, so having the cash will help unlock slots faster.
