How to get paper in V Rising

V Rising has you awakening as a vampire in a hostile world. You will need to find blood to regain your strength, and build your way up to the top of the vampire hierarchy. To do so, you will need to create a base for you and your friends or attempt to go it alone. If you’re attempting to obtain paper in the game, we’ll tell you how in this guide.

Finding Paper

To get paper in V Rising, you will need to head to Bandit Camps and slay the NPCs in the area. You might get it as a drop from one of the enemies, but mainly you will be looking for the chest that spawns at the camp which should have paper inside of it!

Bandit Camps are scattered all across the southern area of the map. You can see them all below (credit to V Rising Map), and you can open up your map in game to hover over spots that show them as highlighted locations.

Paper can also be crafted through the Paper Press. This is can be unlocked via the Study, which is the second tier of the Research Desk. You can get the Study by defeating Nicholaus the Fallen, who is a level 37 boss that is located in The Forgotten Cemetery of the Farbane Woods.

Craft yourself the Study and place it down at your base. You will then need to research the Paper Press like you have done through the Research Desk. Once it has finished, craft the Paper Press and you will now have access to the crafting of Paper!
