To get Thundara Blade Materia, you can purchase it from for gil. you can create it using Materia Fusion by fusing together Jump and Thundara to create Thundara Blade. It is a reward for completing Mission 3-2-4. The Thundara Blade Materia lightning elemental sword attack for 16 AP. This is a Command Materia, which includes materia that offers physical-based actions that consume AP.
