Wild Hearts Golden Tempest Materials Guide
Wild Hearts is a fast-paced action game with a vibrant, stylized aesthetic and a synth-pop soundtrack, where players travel through surreal and dreamlike landscapes, battling foes, and dodging obstacles. There are many different materials and ingredients you might need to progress and craft things in the game, including many that drop from Giant Kemono. This is our Golden Tempest Materials Guide for Wild Hearts and how to get the different materials available in-game.
Golden Tempest Materials Guide
Golden Tempests are Giant Kemono that can be found in Akikure Canyon (Chapter 4). Their Elemental Weakness are Earth and Fire, and they are weak to Piercing and Slashing weaponry. To swiftly take down a Golden Tempest, you will need to be aware of its powerful whirlwind attack by taking cover behind nearby obstacles and items. The more you anger the Kemono, the stronger the winds will range and its attacks will deliver even more damage. Keep an eye out for a celestial cannon that you can fire from.
Here are all of the crafting and upgrading materials that Golden Tempests can drop so that you can craft or upgrade armor/weapons to get to end-game hunts!
Crafting Material | Notes |
---|---|
Golden Tempest Auric Claw | Break claws |
Golden Tempest Auric Pelt | Break back |
Golden Tempest Auric Ruff | Defeat |
Golden Tempest Auric Saber | Break head |
Golden Tempest Celestial Robe | Defeat |
Golden Tempest Nugget | Defeat |
Golden Tempest Tail | Break tail |
Steely Golden Tempest Hide | Break body |
White Fang Kemono Blood | Defeat |
White Fang Teardrops | Defeat |
Giant Autumn Breeze Crystal | Defeat |
Remember, some items require you to break certain parts of the Giant Kemono, while others are more common drops after slaying one in any manner. Not all drops are guaranteed, though, so be prepared to grind for some materials.
We hope our guide on Golden Tempest Materials in Wild Hearts has helped you locate the item you need. You can also use the Cyclopedia to check what obtainable materials have a chance to drop based on the Kemono if you are uncertain. The Cyclopedia also marks where their habitat is.
